https://maxandgeorgetrust.org.uk/ Cookie is now 2yrs old & still needs a home! She has been in long term foster & learning a lot about how to live in a home & be part of a family. Here is what her foster family said; "Cookie is fully house and crate trained. She is a large, pretty dog with beautiful, expressive eyes. She has had quite a bit of obedience training and really enjoys it, and will benefit from continued training to bolster her confidence and reinforce what she’s learned, particularly in a group setting. She loves her food, which makes training her easier. She needs a couple of walks daily, even if they’re short, but longer walks are her preference, or equally, an opportunity to play with a doggie friend. Cookie is a bit of a charmer; she loves people and adores kids, although she can still be a little playful and exuberant when excited so may jump up a little. She is great with most dogs, given a proper introduction, and once she is friends with a dog loves nothing more than a good run around and play with them. She’d do well in a home with a doggy friend as she enjoys the company, but she’s just as comfortable being on her own. Cookie has been in long term foster and is easy to have around the house. She loves being part of a family. She is happy to snooze in her bed most of the day, and can be left at home for several hours. She absolutely loves being in the garden, exploring, or just sunning herself. She loves toys, is a sneaky sock thief, can be a bit of a clown and has been known to talk excitedly to welcome her people home (woo! woo! woo!)." 🐾 Medium to large size 🐾 Lots of happy, bouncy, playful puppy like energy. Would benefit from someone with previous adolescent dog experience 🐾 LOVES other dogs, given a proper introduction 🐾 LOVES walks & socialising with new people she meets when out & about 🐾 Happily visits the pub 🐾 Likes to cuddle, but also enjoys her own space 🐾 Great with training, very smart & quick! 🐾 She is very clever, so would enjoy further training, brain games as well as outdoor stimulation 🐾 Fully house trained 🐾 LOVES toys 🐾 Not cat tested 🐾 Child tested, but given her size, is best suited to older kids If you would like to help Cookie, please contact us.
